Looking for an expert Business Analyst, who has experience in a healthcare delivery system, that has extensive experience defining business requirements and business process & policy changes.  Business Analyst needs to have the ability to effectively work and communicate, in both oral and written, with all levels to include frontline workers to Executive Staff as well as the Contractor(s). Business Analyst needs to be independent and deadline-oriented, with ability to translate broad and complex concepts to diverse audiences.
