The Data Analyst will serve on the Problem Management team apart of the strategic ITIL initiative. This position involves daily data analysis and communication with System Managers on potential problems their systems may be experiencing. The overall objective of this team is to identify problems with Applications or Hardware and facilitate the problem resolution with system owners to reduce or eliminate the problems our customer's experience.
 
This position is with a cutting edge technology leader that is the largest health insurance claims processor in the United States and one of the largest companies in South Carolina.

Requirements

Required:

  • Data Analysis (4 years)
  • Communication with Upper Management (2 years)
  • Microsoft Access/Excel/Word/PowerPoint (4 years)
  • Information Technology terminology (4 years)
  • Standard Hardware and Application familiarity (4 years)
  • Strong statistical background (4 years)
  • Associates degree
  • US Citizenship

Desired:

  • Microsoft Visio (2 years)
  • Process Improvement techniques (2 years)
  • SQL/DB2 experience (4 years)
  • Knowledge of ITIL (2 years)
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or Statistics (4 years)
  • Customer Service experience (4 years)
