Looking for a Risk & Compliance Analyst to fill at 1 year contract in Columbia, SC. This position has I/S risk assessment and/or compliance responsibilities and must keep current on operational procedures. The Risk & Compliance Analyst must ensure that all risks, no matter how small, are identified and contingency plans are made.

• Conduct procedural and operational review of information security processes and system controls against corporate, government, and internal I/S compliance standards. 
• Use analytical skills (with excel and Access) and security knowledge to review vulnerability trends. Work with customer areas I/S, Workstation, network services and application areas to identify and address vulnerabilities.
• Provide guidance to I/S functional teams with the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of control processes, documentation, and compliance measures.
• Evaluate technology and business-related controls for integrating business and information system security and risk mitigation efforts. Develop and implement tools to support automated risk assessment and compliance efforts.
