This is a 100% phone support position requiring excellent customer service skills. Respond to questions received from customers. Troubleshoot and restore routine reports and refer connectivity problems to EDI Operations (2nd level support). Reset passwords for customers. Enroll customers for Electronic Data Interchange (electronic claims). Maintain knowledge database and call tracking database to enhance quality of problem resolutions. Provide guidance in resolution of selected application, hardware, and software problems.
